Wow. It is an excellent place to come and get your credit report. Please bring two forms of ID in case they ask you for them. It's a small little waiting area. But it's worth them drive. Especially if you need a credit report for background, buying a home, etc. The staff that helped me out today was incredible. She told me the process. I maybe waited a total of 12 mins from when I entered, filled out the forms, and submitted them. 5/5 stars

I called yesterday to lift a fraud alert of my credit report, and the girl that helped me was really helpful and curteous. She said i needed to send my proof and it would take like a week to be lifted. I told her i needed this removed fast because i need to go buy a car and move my family around, and she said she can ask security questions and if i pass she will lift it right away. I passed and she did . Great customer service!

Absolutely terrible service. You can not get a hold of anybody to request assistance with a specific credit report.
Will be moving onto using other credit reporting bureaus.
Phone number for this location is always busy.

Experian is the worst for accuracy and speed of reporting the correct information.
