I ordered a used 2021 Tesla Model Y but wasn't allowed to inspect the car before placing the order. A non-refundable deposit of $500 was required. I was excited to pick up the car, but on the day of pickup, it was extremely dirty, with scratches and stains. The dealership didn't clean the car for us, so we decided not to take it. Very disappointed.

Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Tesla buying experience is more independent than with other vehicles. There were times that we were unsure who to contact about financing issues. Once we were talking to the right person we found them to be helpful and seemed to care about the customer and not just making the sale. There were helpful volunteers on delivery day that were willing to spend as much time as needed to make sure we were comfortable with the new driving experience. Overall great experience! Thank you!

I went with my husband to pick up a Tesla Cyber Truck
We had an appointment to pick up at 1:00 . We arrived at 12:30 ,the car was not ready till 1:55. The employees didn’t even tell us that the car was ready outside until I went and complained for the long wait . The pick up hall was dirty , people was lining up and waiting forever because only 2 employees were helping the customers.I had to walk 1/2 mile to go to the rest rooms . It was bad experience and bad reputations for Tesla company.

Very mixed bag service experience today. My model S has been sending out false alarms that”windows not fully closed”when the windows were actually closed. Set an appointment about 3 weeks ago. The initial cost estimate indicate that they will check the “low voltage circuitry integrity”, which makes sense. The windows sensors could be sending wrong signals to Tesla App.

When I arrived at this service center, service advisor Andrew met me. He took a look at the service description and told me it is an Tesla App issue, and there is nothing they can do. Asked me to go home. I was shocked. First of all, if this is true, you had three weeks to text me and ask me not to come in. Instead you said nothing and wasted my time. Secondly, how do you know this is an app issue without even any diagnosis of the car? Seems to me that he was just trying to avoid a service to save cost. When I questioned him that it could be sensors on the car sending wrong signal to the Tesla App, he was like, no, there is no sensors in the car. At this point I knew he has no idea about Tesla cars, and just trying to give me bullshit. So I demanded to talk to his manager and he wouldn’t . I got very angry and raised my voice. He asked me to get out of service reception and wait next by my car, I refused. I told him I don’t want to talk to you anymore, go find your manager. Eventually he did. Now the service manager Tyler is very nice and knowledgeable. He greeted me and heard about my complain. Then told me that it is definitely not a tesla app issue, but a known issue with older Model S. I need to hold the window switches longer to close the windows(meaning to use the auto close). We shake hands and I left. This is all I need. Somebody to recognize the problem of my car and provide a solution. 1 star for Andrew who was trying to lie to customers to avoid service. 5 star for Manager Tyler who was nice and knowledgeable. It may not be a problem with Andrew himself, maybe they were trained to avoid services to save cost for Tesla. But he lied to me, and that was unacceptable.

We are visiting and wanted to stop by the showroom to look.at upgrading our X. There is no customer parking in front of showroom entrance. We parked in building parking lot next door. When we asked a young Asian tesla rep with glasses, he said we will be towed and should move. We asked why there is no place to park he said like we were idiots that's high season. We left will buy our new X elsewhere.

Tesla advertises low lease deals but they don’t tell you your actual lease payments until after you give them a $250 non-refundable deposit. I have great credit and still got quoted a way higher lease price and they essentially stole $250. It’s ridiculous. And the whole place seems very disorganized. I booked a test drive appointment and still had to wait like 30 minutes. I would stay away from Tesla.

Damaged tint after AC repair and would not acknowledge fault. Communications ignored. If you absolutely have to use this center, take full video of every part of the car so you have proof. Extremely disappointed

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a Tesla service center, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction I encountered was truly mind-boggling. Here's a detailed breakdown of my nightmarish visit:

I recently dropped off my vehicle to fix a rattling noise that I heard in the back seat. After leaving my vehicle at the service center for over a week I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up I noticed that my whole car was scuffed up and dirty and there was missing parts from my vehicle (back left pillar was missing, break caliper was thrown in my trunk, and one of my mud-flaps was missing)

Communication throughout the entire process was abysmal. I was left in the dark for hours, with no updates or explanations about the progress of the service. Multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my vehicle were met with vague responses and empty promises.

Shoddy Repairs: When my vehicle was finally returned, I was shocked to find that the repairs were subpar. The issues I had reported were either unresolved or only partially fixed. It was evident that minimal effort had been put into rectifying the problems, and no attention to detail was given.

Lack of Accountability: When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the service, the staff demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. They deflected blame, offering feeble excuses and attempting to shift the responsibility onto external factors. There was no sincere effort to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused.

Overall, my experience at the Tesla service center was a complete nightmare. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Tesla, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and customer-oriented service provider.
