I had a really but experience with Erick from service in freeway Honda. So my car was Leaking water from the AC the car was super wet so I decided to take the car to services to see what problem was. They told me that I had to leave it there so they can check. Eric told me that he was going to call me back to give me an update about the car. He never did. So I called the next day talked to Erick he told me about the situation he said that they needed to keep the car to replace the carpet. He kept my car for almost 2 weeks never called me back. Never give me a heads up about the status of my car. So I decided
to call the manage from the dealership to see what was going on with my car. When finally got my car back it was missing the 2 front carpets it had 2 holes by the side back door. the system needed to update plus they charged me for gas when the loaner car was full ‍♀️?
