Excellent service. I own a vehicle repair facility. My customer modified his truck and needed help making it run properly. With my current resources I was unable to complete the repair. I sent the module to Garrett Tuning. When it was my turn they called me and patiently requested all the pertinent information to properly calibrate and tune the module. They could have done just enough, but instead, they went above and beyond to do what was best for the application. Excellent turn around time and very thorough repair. Thanks-You! Easy to order the service I wanted done on my F-150 for phaser delete tuning. Sent easy and return was flawless. They did a wonderful job adjusting that computer. I highly recommend their services. Oh and doing the job of deleting the phasers wasn’t as difficult as I thought. My 18yo son did most of it with my direction and help. Everything was fine when I installed the computer with Garrets mod programmed into it. I’ll try to shoot a video to post.

My 2005 Ford explorer work truck was out of commission for 6 months because of the pats system. It would not allow it to start Ford couldn't figure it out. My buddies could figure it out. I couldn't figure it out but I'll tell you who did. Garrett tuning Brad and his whole crew. There are amazing! I shipped my ECU out on a Monday and today is Thursday and I got it at 11:45 this morning. I hooked it up. I hooked my battery up. I turned my key and my truck fired right up. These guys are great, trustworthy and awesome! Thank you so much you guys!

I recently v8( engine, ecu, and harness) swapped my son’s 1998 c1500. All was well until Vats locked me out do to having the battery unhooked while welding exhaust. I found Garret tuning and decided that they were by far the go to for tuning. I decided to do the performance tune for a little extra. Sent the ecu off last week and received and call a few days later to iron out some discrepancies. The ecu arrived back today and my son is happy to have is truck back on the road. The performance tune is VERY noticeable. I will definitely be sending them my 2004 GMC 6.0 ecu next! Highly recommend you do the same if you are looking for tuning!

Would give them 10 stars if I could. The Passive Anti Theft device went bad on our 2001 Ford F150 so it would not start. The part is no longer made and we were concerned we would have to junk the truck that we have loved and babied for 23 years. We sent the computer to Garrett. They received it on a Friday morning and it was back in our hands the next day! Put computer in truck and it started right up! New life for our truck with 293,000 miles. So grateful!!

Sent my ECM in for programming. Tracked deliver and showed delivered. Called and was told it was stolen. Great, my daily driver is down. Was told he was not responsible for reimbursement. I ordered a new ECM with programming. Received a call saying the stolen ECM has been found. Then wanted me to pay to have it shipped back after I just spent $1200.00 on a replacement. Never got it back. I would never trust this guy. Bad customer service.

I purchased and ecm for a 2016 Chevy Trax.The ecm arrived in a timely manner. But when it came time to install it is where the issues started. Upon plugging the ecm into the vehicle and reconnecting the battery the check engine light was flashing and when scanned it would communicate but throw a cod for the immobilizer not being programmed, unfortunately the car would not go into security mode to allow manual key programming and would not allow it with a scanner. Upon reaching out for support I was told I would need a special software from gm to do the programming as my matco scanner apparently would not. I contacted a couple of locksmiths and told them the situation and always got the runaround. Finally took the car to a Chevy dealer and they had it ready within a day. When I picked the car up the mentioned they had to reprogram the ecm to get the key to program but fortunately they only charged me to program the key. Which was and additional 200 I shouldn’t have had to pay if the ecm was programmed correctly in the first place and I could have done the key with my scanner like many other vehicles I’ve replaced ecm’s in.

I have a 2017 Silverado and wanted a tune on my transmission so I called around and went with Brad because he himself has a Silverado and that made me comfortable knowing he did it to his truck! WOW what a difference!! Truck has much better shift points and downshifting is buttery smooth and my trans temp went down 10-14 degrees! Very professional and had me in and out in about 20 minutes! DONT hesitate! Get this done, it will save your torque converter!!!
