In every interaction with Anna, she was always well-prepared and thorough. I always dealt with Anna directly, receiving her undivided attention. She treated me as if I were her only client. I was her top priority as if I were her own child. She's very responsive and won't waste your time. Her organization and diligence actually saved me a lot of time (and money of course). She was willing to invest the time to help me through the trickier and nuanced stages of the buying process.

Anna will listen to what you want. And if you're not there yet, she will help you to discover or refine what you want. Anna helped me get up to speed quickly on the local market by offering specific and important advice about the unique costs I should expect and (dis)advantages with certain options. But she was never pushy about it. Unlike with my own family members, it's okay to disagree with Anna. Even if you disagree with her, she will still do whatever she can to support your plan as if it were her own.

I put Anna through a lot. Our search lasted nine months and must have included 30+ visits. I cancelled/backed out of a new construction purchase agreement (it was my fault). But Anna didn't complain or show any negativity. She continued to support and advocate for me. The staff at the first builder was unwilling to refund my deposit. But Anna worked behind the scenes and I received the full refund.

Anna is willing to get tough and is an exceptional negotiator. When I ended up purchasing, she helped me to get additional incentives on both closing costs and the list price beyond what was advertised. Even after closing Anna continues to help me hold the builder's maintenance team accountable for unfinished work, no matter how insignificant it may seem.

I'm extremely thankful to have Anna represent me. You won't find a more ethical, dedicated, loyal, capable, and shrewd agent. Anna Klarck is the best.
