She was attentive, empathetic, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the consultation and subsequent procedure.

I normally don’t write many reviews but there have been times like this where I believe it is important to write the review because of how exceptional the experience was, that I find it necessary to do so.

I recently had a consultation with a Cher who truly made the experience exceptional. She took the time to address all my concerns and explained the entire process in detail, making sure I understood how Botox works and what to expect. What I was most impressed with was her approach and that she took the time to listen and understand the needs of my circumstances. I left the consultation feeling informed, confident, and excited about the results. Overall, her professionalism and genuine care made me feel not only better about the treatment but excited for the outcome!! I will definitely be referring her moving forward. Best experience to date!

I came to this place because I heard great things about it! I came to remove a red looking mole on my thigh. Big shout out to Jessica F. and Dr. S who were super patience and made me feel safe and comfortable. Jessica F. made sure that I was making decisions based on what I wanted and not what everyone was saying I should do and I’m super grateful for that! Nurse Practitioner and Injector Justine did an absolutely outstanding job. We did a thorough assessment of areas I was worried with (forehead wrinkles, crows feet around my eyes, and hoping not to look as tired around my eyes) and talked about options regarding those areas. We settled on a treatment plan which included both neuromodulator and dermal filler, was explained in depth, but also in a way I could understand before we began anything. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, well-versed, kind, and is checking in every couple of moments throughout treatment to ensure I was comfortable and also happy with my outcome.

I can’t say enough, Justine is absolutely someone I will continue to go back to as an injector in the future. She ensured I had a post-care plan in place before leaving and ensured we’d follow up in a couple of weeks to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

The best! I had a mole removed from the side of my cheek and it was such an easy experience! Dr. Sapra and Jessica made me feel so comfortable, and answered any questions I had — couldn’t have asked for better! Highly recommend for anything skin related! 🙂
