Was visiting from out of town and noticed this Reeds had a Tag Heuer case so I had to stop by and try some on. We don’t have a showcase close to where I’m from. Christina was super helpful and patient while I tried several models on. She was personable and informative along the way. Shoutout to her for helping me get my feet wet with Tag on a 41mm stainless Formula 1 quartz. If I’m in town again and feel the itch I’ll stop by for sure!

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life at a jewelry store in a long time. I'm talking about some years ladies and gentlemen and this is no exaggeration. When I entered into reeds jewelry store I wasn't bum rushed but was welcomed. There was a beautiful, energetic, willing to help woman named Miriam who wouldn't stop helping me until I found exactly what I was looking for there was no rushing involved. Miriam patience was exactly what anybody would be looking for in an employee. I don't know how jewelers get paid whether it's hourly or commission but this woman needs some more money most definitely. Anybody who has ever read any of my reviews knows that I'm very honest when it comes to these things because the truth only helps others like myself find the right places to go shopping and the wrong places to stay away from. Great experience. Applied to credit with Zales for Christmas and was ignored when I walked into the store couldn’t get help. Walked over to Reeds, was greeted immediately although the staff were clearly busy, they took time to acknowledge my presence. They were attentive but also allowed me my space to browse and not make a compulsive purchase. I found the perfect gift for my daughter. Thank you, Rhiannon.
