What is there to say about Sean Caballer? Sean is incredible, a miracle worker, and the best loan agent in the business. I've been looking for a home loan for over a year. I've been rejected more times than I can count. I was about to give up when I met Kenny Foster, my realtor. Kenny introduced me to Sean. I was dubious and didn't want to go through the purchasing procedure again. I told Sean about my circumstances and sent him my most recent credit report. Sean claimed he could get me pre-approved right away. I informed him I wanted a new house built by Dr. Horton. I knew Sean was trustworthy when he encouraged me to try to gain Dr. Horton's approval directly because they offer incentives for closing costs. Dr. Horton was giving $25,000 for closing costs at the time. Sean advised me to phone him back if I was denied. I followed Sean's suggestion, and I was once again denied by Dr. Horton. I didn't want to call Sean, but something compelled me to. I contacted Sean, and I'm pleased I did. Sean pre-approved me within 24 hours. Because they denied me, Dr. Horton still gave me $19,500 for closing costs. My house was built and finished in eight months, and I was clear to close on 7/24/2023. I cannot express how grateful I am to Sean and his coworker Mariana Dombrowski. They work well together and communicate fast and effectively.
