Wow where do I start when I first bought my first house 5 years ago I used the services of Mr Aaron Bowen Aaron dedication and professionalism made me want him in my corner from the start I am in Lake County I told Aaron what I was looking for and he printed out some listings and drove to Lake County with no problems or hesitation. What more can you ask for in a real estate agent if I say nothing else that right there set me over, how many other people would their own county and drive up the road a couple hours to be a part of your house purchase experience so with that said as I get ready to purchase a second home you already know Aaron is in my corner I couldn't ask for a better person a more caring person compassionate about what they do professionalism and knowledge filled. Aaron really delivers! We spent months looking for the perfect home for me and my family. He never got frustrated and understood my preferences when we visited properties that just weren't quite what I was looking for. And each new property became more in line with my vision which ultimately led to the purchase of our first family home. Closing was seamless! I highly recommend him for his attention to detail, patience, knowledge, and professionalism.

The experience I had within Aaron was very unprofessional. From the start he only communicated through text and email. Additionally I had a price in mine and goal I wanted to walk away from the sale of my home with. Aaron himself came up with a similar price. Towards the end of our contract he said he had a buyer and they were offering 20k less then what I wanted, I told him to hold out because my house is in a very popular up and coming area in Tampa called midtown. Two weeks before the end of our contract he said he would take less in commission and the home buyer would pay for my title, Bringing my bottom line to very close to what I wanted. This week, he said the buyer isn't going to make the deal anymore, they will only pay a certain amount, around 45k less than the asking price he came up with. Never trust a salesman, especially this one. Find a sellers agent, with better reviews. I don't not recommend.
