I’m glad I walked in! We had concerns about one child’s vision, but they saw us within the hour despite being busy. The friendly staff helped us with our insurance benefits, and the thorough exam used modern technology (no more air puff!). The doctor addressed all our concerns. We’re very pleased with their services and location, and we’ll be bringing the rest of the family here!

Exam was quick but I had a little confusion on the digital version of the eye exam that allowed me to avoid having my eyes dilated. After my exam was finished, I noticed that my eyes were never dilated so I informed the employee that was assisting me that “my eyes were never dialated 🤔” Apparently I received the treatment but I wasn’t informed until I was getting ready to pay. The fee was waived but I was still unaware of which part of the exam was the digital version(idk the actual term).. there was a lady next to the desk where I was sitting with another employee preparing to checking; she kept stating “they went ahead and did it just so that you could experience it” but I’m still confused! What part the experience!? The lady didn’t seem to want to elaborate, just reassured me that I wouldn’t have to pay. That’s not the point. If you’ve gifted me an “experience” inform me of it. Maybe next time I’ll be willing to to pay $59 for the digital version..

I have had my order delayed three times in a row now at this place, the last time they delayed my order it was for glasses and they tried to lie to me that they originally said a different time. They said 2 weeks originally and when that passed they said its three weeks now and that they remember telling me that face to face even though the person i was talking to didn’t make the order for me, and also the receipt says 2 weeks. I didnt make a big deal because they were giving me free contacts to last me, but then three weeks pass and now im out of contacts so i go to request more contacts and they said they cant give me anymore for a liability reason even though they have done it like four different times and also a bunch of other times in the past couple years since ive been going to true eye experts. So i tell the guy to provide me proof its a liability reason and he says no, I ask for his manager he says no, I ask for his first and last name and only gives me his first and refuses to give me his last. I explain the situation to my mom and she says she’ll give them a call since its under her health insurance, long story short they actually had the glasses the whole time and they just didn’t want to go through the deliveries they have gotten to see if mine were there. Very disappointed because i have been going here for years, i heard they changed management and it really shows. I will not be coming back here

Very accommodating and very helpful on explaining in detail of the progress of my eye's and the steps we'll take to making progress on medical needs on my eye's in the next few months. Also Stella was very helpful when I was paying my bill and on explaining my next step on getting appointment for next month. I've been satisfied from the beginning of my eye problems. Would surely recommend to family and friends to this office location.

I love this location. After having a tough experience at another office, I called True Eye Lutz today, and Blake took an extensive amount of time educating me about contact lenses and answering every single one of my questions. Customer service at the Lutz location is always top tier, but I really felt that I needed to personally recognize Blake for going above and beyond with kindness and patience. 10/10.
