I just took my 4-5 ct yellow gold engagement ring to Mike! My center stone is 4 carat by itself! He definitely did me wonders! Nobody else would touch it because I have over 150 plus stones in this ring! I went to Mike, I’m SO glad I did! Same day repair, I was so blessed! The price was phenomenal! Couldn’t go elsewhere! I’m so grateful I went to Mike! Thank you so so much!

Mike was great! We had our own gold and Mike melted it right before of us and made 2 gold bands. He was able to make bands the week before Christmas! Will absolutely use him again!

Wonderful experience will definitely use Mike again. I popped in to have my diamond tightened and even though it was busy they helped me right away and I was out in less then 10 minutes. Couldn't beat the price either. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and nice people. I brought my wedding ring in to be fixed, and he smoothed down the prongs at no charge. He could've easily charged me a small fee, but it was very nice of him to take care of it for free.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received ! Brought a ring in to get resized ,a silver and turquoise ,didn’t even recognize the ring when we picked it up He puts everything in a jewelry tumbler to clean ,took the antique patina off the ring also broke a stone and YELLS at me saying “ never bring any silver in here again”!! Trust me, we won’t
He put some ‘ antiquing” back on the. ring but it still looks awful and now we have to go elsewhere to get the broken stone replaced,

I can’t say enough good things about this place and Mike. Took my engagement ring here to get resized after multiple places turned me down or tried to charge me hundreds. Mike looked at it and without any hesitation was ready to help me and at SUCH a reasonable price! He was so welcoming as soon as my fiancé and I entered the doors, answered every single question we had and made us both feel very comfortable. He is very good at what he does and it definitely shows. He’s personable & his work is so clean. My ring looks so shiny! If you are looking for a sign on if you should come here or not, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. You won’t regret it! I’m so pleased with not only the quality of his work but how he went above and beyond.
