I had a good experience with T-mobile today. Usually I find myself walking around before being acknowledged by a sales associate if at all. Today I was greeted by Abraham who immediately took me to a table to see what I needed. While the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock, Abraham was great with presenting another option that had similar features and some extras I didn’t know about. The entire process was seamless. My phone was taking a little while to transfer but Abraham kept me engaged and even provided water for me to drink. I liked that he was able to provide information and examples on some of the extra features the IPhone 16 pro max had that I was unfamiliar with. He was courteous, knowledgeable and it actually felt like I was chatting with a friend. I really appreciated the service he provided from the moment I was acknowledged entering the store. Sometimes folks forget that simple act of acknowledgment and how it leaves folks feeling seen. Thanks Abraham! You’re awesome!

Above and beyond the Call of Duty & with a Smile. I am grateful for having the opportunity to be assisted by Abraham Medina at my home TMobile store. Abraham was FANTASTIC! He was so welcoming. As soon as I came into the store he welcomed me , sat me down , offered me water and then we got to what I was there for which was a bill breakdown- he answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything- i had to do this Google review when he asked- he's awesome- love this store

Abraham was the best customer service rep I’ve ever had. Immediately he stopped what he was going to help me and made sure I got the best deal possible and walked me through the process every step of the way. You can’t get a better rep to help you out. The GOAT!!!!!! (greatest of all time for those aren’t hip to the game). I walked in and traded my numbers from AT&T because they were overcharging me for everything! T-Mobile offers way more for way less.

Let me start off by saying I had a bad impression when walking into the store. I feel as if every time I do a transaction in person someone is looking to get over on me and sell me a product. I went to multiple store locations trying to set up my account to an affordable monthly payment that works for me and I was treated awful. Soon as I walked in Dominic greeted me and was able to give me the assistance I needed. He explained and assured me that I would be paying for services that I would commonly use at a fair price. My next billing cycle a world of a difference. If I can give 10 stars I would.

went in to see Abraham from a previous engagement and as always he was super friendly and welcoming.i got my 16 pro max with a trade in of $820 . he offered me water and sat me down quickly. i will always go back to him. felt like seeing a friend instead of a tmobile employee . 10/10 experience. Great Job
