Reagen has been so kind and helpful every time we've had to get assistance! She has been the one to help up with family law several occasions now and has been so professional, kind and not judging of our situations! There needs to be lots more people such as this!!!

If you’re a victim and receive a restitution check don’t expect it to be mail in a timely fashion it takes over a month to receive it although it is paid on the first of the month. Don’t bother by going in person to pick it up, they will tell you it’s not ready although you call ahead and they tell you it’s ready smh what a mess!

Easy in easy out staff was super helpful and directed me right where I needed to go. Deputies inside the building were the same friendly and helpful even had a great conversation with one of them. Thank you baby county for all the work you do.

Hate hate hate this place they WILL TOTALLY screw you and railroad you into failure. This whole country needs to be criminally investigated for a federal source and needs a huge revision of the legal process cuz they WILL DO ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING THEY WANT and you can't do squat about period, Guilty or not. And bay county jail just pray you never end up there. I'd rather choose hell itself than relive that experience. Seriously this place is more criminal than an actual criminal on the street. There is no such thing as good cop only bad cops here. It needs federal investigation like major bad. I cannot stress enough how it needs to be investigated.

Court was easy. Renta cops up front made me throw away a pepper spray but ran my purse through and let me in the previous week. I must add they threatened to put me in jail when the pepperspray was allowed in last week and this time it wasn't in my possession, I had to take it from the cop. I was also threatened to get put upstairs by excising my right to freedom of speech.. machine can't even do your job for you if you don't look at the screen. Update once leaving one of the officers grabbed me from the back while I was leaving out because I told him he should do his job better. Left marks all over my neck. Report has been filed.

Easy in, easy out. Officers both greeted and directed me to the correct area's of court house. Respectfully treated and had no problems getting to the places I needed to find. Bathrooms were extremely clean and in order. Thank you Bay County Courthouse and member's for a good experience.
