Awesome park with seating, pavillions, bathrooms, single ramp with no motorized loading allowed. Plenty of parking. Sometimes can be pretty fish-able, but usually a spot for lizardfish to hang around. Lots of grass in the water. The better fishing spot is on the west side of the sea wall. Ideal park to sit and watch the water.

Beautiful area and well-maintained. Good porch swings, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and bathrooms. Pickleball court seemed to be coated and was very slippery, but still playable.

Solid park with playground equipment, basketball court, one pickleball court and a great view of the ocean. I do wish the pickleball court wasn't slippery which could be the type of surface they used or possibly from sand

Perfect place to escape the crowds, stress and noise of the beach area! There are clean bathroom facilities, a nice boat ramp, shade trees, covered pic-nic areas, a basketball court and play ground. The view of the bay is spectacular!

Beautiful water from views with only 1 very slick pickleball court. The city needs more public courts for the number of people who live and visit here daily.

We went out on a kayak and long bored and it was a great place to do so! And their is a little park for the kids to play and my babies loved it!

I was doing a recon to discover more suitable kayak launches to access the Choctawhatchee Bay. Legion Park's boat launch is close to the parking and not so steep to cause kayak launching problems. Big plus, there are clean bathrooms. Thumbs up for Bay access via kayaks.
