Love this place for our family vacations!
Condos are excellent even though we could honestly care less because we come for the beach and everything else. The accommodations means little to nothing to us but still, they are excellent!
Beach is beautiful despite Hurricane Milton rolling through the Gulf as we speak!
Will definitely book here again in the coming months!

Wonderful beach vacation! We stayed in a cottage which we loved. It's very peaceful. Love the family feel of this resort. Beach service was fantastic, 2 chairs/1 umbrella.

Stayed in unit 606, great view and spacious. Nice kitchen and comfortable bedding. My one negative would be the living area seating is not comfortable, old seating with new slipcovers is not a positive.

My family was a bit disappointed in our condo 1402, that needed some updates, there were some non-negotiables ie cleanliness. The hallway rug was visibly stained and dirty, the bathroom tiles had been wiped with a dirty cloth that left hair stuck to the walls. The liners needed replacing and the shower rods were rusty. Lighting was harsh and it was difficult to find outlets for charging out devices. Mens socks and underwear were left in the drawer in the master bedroom. After the first night we made the manager aware of our clogged shower and they responded appropriately and timely. They also offered to come back and clean but we declined and cleaned ourselves since we had already settled in. Besides the dated nacho cheese paint color in the kitchen and bathrooms, we had an alarming incident on the master bath. When the pocket door was shut completely, it could not be opened and locked me in the bathroom for several minutes. I had to left the door up off the tracks and then could open the door. This unit would greatly benefit with a fresh updated painting scheme throughout.
On a positive note the unit had nice bedding and plenty of towels. The covered parking was a bonus and the elevators ran pretty quickly. The unit had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Will prbly stay at Tops'l Tides on my next stay. Would have this time but nothing was available during our time frame 2 1/2 stars out of 5

Loved my stay at this resort! The location is absolutely gorgeous! The room was clean and cozy, with a fantastic view of the Gulf. The condo was well decorated but could use some updating mostly for aesthetic purposes. The pool was super clean and well maintained. The parking is a little tricky but very convenient as well. Overall I'm very pleased and will return.

We absolutely loved the place. The cottage was very spacious, very clean and well stocked. The property was well manicured. All within a few minutes walk to the beach.
