The first time I called there was a younger lady that was very sweet and helpful. The second time I called I could tell it was an older woman and she only listened to respond not to help. I just said thank you and hung up the phone.

I paid my ticket off, but they didn't close it in the state wide database, only their city database. So my license remained suspended for over 3 years. Lawsuit time

The office staff is horrible very rude how the talk to customers and very disrespectful in the office decorating while customers are waiting and giving out the wrong information making customers pay extra money when they don’t have to when the have gotten on payment plan this is the worst customer service ever and they need better customer service

The facsimile of justice that happens in Judge Simmion's court room is a travesty.
Had photos printed out of the school zone sign facing the other way and is impossible to see. How are you supposed to see flashing lights if the light is facing the wrong direction? Nope, gotta hire a lawyer, all of which cost $500 or more just to show up and take it to court. The Judge wouldn't even look at it. Had to plead no contest because I was looking at having to pay over $1,000 just to fight a $300 ticket.
You tell me if it's during a school time when you take a left here...

Sorry but I had bad experience I trying to pay my ticket of I am a busy man . I trying called them early in the morning , I know they work to but other people like do work also I can't even reach anyone. at 8am this morning 5/20/24 8:34 this morning. fast to give a ticket but not fast to help is wrong. all these people Killeen looking for jobs if yall short I'm staff make a small calling center for some help no excuses. We gotta do better in be more profesional on are craft thats all am saying

The girls were so helpful, I asked to speak with a supervisor and Tatiana came out and she explained everything to where I understood . I was so confused about the process and she helped me so much. The staff was wonderful and Tatiana really helped me with all my questions and answered them accordingly. Thank you so much for all your wonderful help.

I tried calling to get some help with my situation b/c i moved out of TX 6 years ago, but the clerks are rude and lazy. I called twice I couldn't hear her name, but the second clerk's name was Belinda. She was rude, short and kept interrupting me. Very unprofessional. She wouldn't let me explain my situation and drew her own conclusions. I keep having to call back and forth. My advice you cannot call this court house b/c they will not help you!

I showed up at 430, the door was still open so I grabbed a number and sat. A lady with all grey hair asked me what I was doing. I told her I was handling a ticket and she told me she'd be right with me. A few minutes later another lady called me to her station to be taken care of. As I'm waiting for her to arrive, an officer comes from the back and tells me that I need to leave because they're closed and that I should've never been let in.
It's not the fact that I had to leave. It's the fact you felt the need to tell a cop to come from the back to tell me to leave. As soon as I walked in, you could've just said "i'm sorry we're closed" and I would've left it at that. A mess doesn't begin to describe this place or the people that work in it. That was so unnecessary.
