I have been called for jury duty and came here multiple times. There were a lot of homeless people living in front of the court's property, and likely no one is doing anything to alleviate this problem. It has been going on for such a long time, and it is also hard to imagine a court house is functioning like this! I am deeply troubled and disappointed...

The Pomona Courthouse, located in the county Of Los Angeles, and located at 400 Civic Center Plaza, Pomona, California 91766, is an older courthouse, worn down by the years, and surrounded by homeless people and many others which makes walking around the outside the courthouse dangerous, in my opinion. The Courtrooms themselves are perfectly acceptable as are the Judicial Officers, Courtroom Staff, and even the Clerk's Office, but the building itself cannot possibly rate higher than 3 out of 5 starts.

Terrible courthouse, process case so slow and rejected my case 3 times in 6 months for no reason. My attorney and I followed everything require document they asked but still rejected. Took almost 1 years and we had to withdraw the case and files somewhere else, stay away people, their employees are terrible and unprofessional.

This is wer my federal corruption started I have federal agents who threaten kill my 4 yr old Son my judge Barratteo , has shown me soo much on A case of mines, she has show me to be part of society& to be a successful Parent to my son, I had a fbi- IRS agent Tel me they wanted to send me to juvenile hall instead of state prison, becuz juvenile hall inmates are more corrupted & violent than State prison. Wat a thing to say to any inmate, these agent actutget paid by taxes from our system , I'm am so grateful for the judge I have & A God that fixes everything in our justice system Thank You Judge Barrateo

The self help is no help, I called on the phone and the person on the line hung up right away because there was some sort of echo in the background on their end and I didn't expect it, so I didn't get my question across right away. I called again and the person was extremely impatient and rude to me when I had a question, she just told me that they don't help with the question I asked. I literally just asked her if this court was able to make sjis findings, not anything related to me yet, just if this court was able to do that and she said she doesn't help with that kind of stuff. What the heck do you mean? I called because I'm trying to get some questions answered, not even asking for advice and you can't even try to answer my question? What's the point of self help if you won't give me the help I need? Then she just gave me a phone number for some sort of law agency and hung up. This is the worst phone call I've had with a courthouse so far, and it's funny that it's the self help center I called. You would think that they would be the ones who would give you helpful advice or do their best to get your questions answered, but in this case they didn't even try.

It is sad that we can’t get help at the Self help.
The bad hair lady is so overwhelmed with work while the people in the back are chilling.
Bad hair lady told me she can make an appointment because I told her I can’t get through on the phone line, that day I had to leave but I came back few days later to make an appointment and now this time she tells me I need to call on Friday at 12:55 to make an appointment when there’s a sign stating they work until noon on Fridays.
Simply BAD customer service, if I can rate no stars, I would.
