Went to the self-help center at 9 a.m. on a Monday morning. They told me to fill out and file 2 simple documents. I'd have to wait over 3 hours. I had to go to work, so I left and returned the following day during my lunch around 2p. They told me they were booked for the day and I had to return the next day at 830a. The courthouse WAS EMPTY. The clerk was sitting there eating a sandwich mumbling through her bites not doing anything else.

So sad to see this is how my tax dollars are being utilized.

The women in the family law sector are extremely rude! Not to mention the ones on the 3rd floor (the help center) They have the face and attitude like they do not want to be there. My question is why are you working in customer service if you hate your life and job so much?!?! They need friendly people that are willing to help. It’s obvious that people go to you because they do not know how to fill out the forms or even understand the terminology used in court forms. It’s sad to know that people write these reviews and no one does anything to regulate these rude women to be of better service to the community. SMH!

God bless the bailiffs, the sheriffs, and the pretty woman with highlights behind the counter of the sheriff’s unit. Thank you very much for helping me out and making it easier for me. You all have no idea how much your hard work and efforts are appreciated during such a difficult time.

Both representatives at the Family Law division provided excellent customers service not only to myself but I observed how they provided service to the families ahead of me. They were both patient with everyone and explain the process of what steps to take next. Unfortunately, there is a mosquito issues inside this section. Stay Classy!

Some judges need to have more sympathy and actually pay attention to cases. They need to stop taking mothers sides just because they cry and are great actresses. It's not fair to the good fathers out there. There are bad mothers who don't care about their kids and have malicious intent just because they are bitter and want to ruin the fathers life because he moved on. Very unfair to the good fathers out. I dnt understand how u can judge someone just by the way he looks and not by the evidence. Check parents MENTAL HEALTH !! ALOT SUFFER FEOM DISORDERS LIKE BI POLAR DOSORDER . Some can act very sweet in public but are evil In closed doors. If a father is fighting for his kids , provides, does everything for his kids try to be fair and actually pay attention to the case. Do drugs tests !!! On both parents. Etc .

Supervisor Angie Duran at the clerk office seem annoyed when she came to assist me at the front desk. Specifically, she did not acknowledge my situation and made me feel terrible. On the other hand, Josh at the help center was very helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to provide information and was able to guide me in the right direction. This is the type of service the 1st floor clerks office needs.

Terrible Judge experience. Judge James Horan. Verbal abuse should be considered as a form of abuse. He asked me if I have ever called my spouse any names. You cant live a life with someone who verbally abuses you and stay quiet. He allowed my spouse back in the home. I noted I had video evidence. Why not ask to see it. Now my kids and I have to find a place to live because its uncomfortable having my husband back. It was so peaceful the last 3 weeks. Why not make it another 3 months. On my way out of court my husband said "see you at home". It was so devastating. Its misery with him here. I would like the Judge to see the videos. This way judges can take verbal abuse more serious.

Officers of the court were rude and assumed everyone has been to court before and knew what to do. Directions were announced rudely and too quietly for everyone to hear. No signage to help direct people. It was scary going to court and this lack of humanity made the experience so much worse.
