If I could do zero stars, I would. They have a clerk named Sylvia who was very unprofessional. She didn’t let my mom talk when my mom was trying to help explain my issue with my tickets. She kept interrupting, she was very rude. She is DEFINITELY not the person to go to for the euless part. She should not be a person to help others if she can’t fix her attitude.

Very rude clerk. She refused to provide me the citation number to pay a citation. Finally, when she did so, she provided me the wrong citation number and demanded my friend to go there. My friend was involved in a car wreck and the citation was lost. Now this rude clerk was very unhelpful and can’t believe these cities hire people that are full of hate.

Euless is known for having the worst system in Texas yes Texas the judge is disgusting and has no soul for people I am a college student doing 20+ hours a semester and still paying a tickets from 2019 I have already paid more then 2.4 thousand dollars for speeding lol by that much I have paid you might have think I robbed a store or something but all of this for speeding tickets when I tried to explain that I did the community service hours they told me they did not receive the paper so I pretty much had to 100 hours of community service and still pay 2.6k which absolutely absurd

Waited on hold for an hour then told to call back later. At that point I decided to hire a lawyer and paid him 2x the ticket price to make my traffic citation go away. At least they didn’t get any of my money.

They're "online pay" is a phone tree that doesn't work, it just constantly asks for your cit number no matter what they say to press to continue.

If I could I would give them a negative five stars the city of Euless is crooked I got pulled over for an expired inspection sticker and they put me in jail for 5 hours I had to walk home spent $428 to get my truck out of jail a 2009 and then it has gotten a fine of $776. I would not spit on them if they were on fire. The cops are crooked the The cops are crooked, the judges crooked the system here in Euless is not right. I'm speaking this because I have the right to have freedom of speech and I have the right to say what is true.
