Press one for customer support. Should be more like suffer and listen to the horrible Cisco hold music for an indeterminate amount of time.

What could be going on over there that would constitute having me continue to wait for over an hour? Are you just hoping I give up and go away?

Edit: Waited a total of 1 hour forty five minutes. Gave up and went away.

First. I have to say. I love the old architecture of this building. There was such detail in the craziest places. I went for jury duty. The Marshalls and staff were fantastic.

My car was stolen, and during the time it was stolen, the thief ran red lights. I was issued the citations by mail. I provided to them the police report that proved that my car was stolen during that time, and they still forced me pay. It’s been a while, but I’m still absolutely disgusted. It was bad enough that my car was stolen, and then I was victimized by the city of fort worth. They literally profited from a crime. I’ll never get my money or my peace back. All I can say is shame on them.

Spent an hour waiting in court to talk to the Prosecutor. You have a choice of paying the full fine, a reduced amount she offers or spend about $185 for defensive driving, driving record and fees. Basically you can’t speak to a judge about your case unless you want to take it to a jury trial and then you’ll have to pay for an attorney. Those days of the officer not showing up and the tickets being dismissed are over. Anyone thinking they’ll have a say-so about their case is wrong. Either way you’ll pay out the nose, while half of the drivers out there don’t have a license or insurance and will pay zip.

Parking scam !!! parking scam !!! parking scam !!!
Literally they saw me get off from my car and said nothing, I even paid for my parking and after few minutes I came back, they were writing me parking ticket for 40 dollars for not parking correctly. Does not make any sense. They are Literally stealing money from civilian. Please avoid this place if you can. But for some who cannot, I am so sorry for you but they will find way to take money out your pocket anyway.

Terrible way to treat senior citizens. They have parking meters, you use them and they still give you a parking ticket. Pray for them to receive forgiveness the way they treat their own citizens.

I called at 1pm on a Monday. The the options were press 1 for hours of operation, 2 to pay a citation (which sends you to a payment processing center), or 3 for customer service, and # to repeat options. I tried pressing 3 and the call immediately hung up on me. I tried it a couple more times, but the same thing kept happening. This means that the system was set up to work properly, but the clerk has disconnected the phone line. Why am I not surprised that a government worker doesn't care? Because I was in the Army and I know that in a stateside bureaucratic system with S1 type office workers, people only work hard enough to cover each other's backsides while shamming on the job. Slackers wasting taxes. You won't find them getting smoked for it though, because they're paper pushing clones, all the way up their chain of command. The ish rolls downhill and gets swept under the rug. Should be called the Fort Worth Municipal Swamp. By the time an elected official who's held accountable to the public makes it a quarter of the way down the chain in an investigation, their term in office is over. It's a bureaucratic whodunnit game designed keep everyone safe in their government jobs while doing less than bare minimum and congratulating each other every time they get a cost of living salary rate increase at the expense of people who actually work for a living.
